About Sejal

Sejal specialises in raising the achievement of children from Black and minoritised backgrounds, including those with English as an Additional Language. She has developed parenting programmes, is an accredited trainer for language development programmes such as ‘Talking Partners’, and has authored numerous blogs and articles in her specialism.  She firmly believes in embedding strong foundations and now works in partnership with numerous early years platforms to support early years colleagues, advocating for children and families from minoritised ethnic backgrounds.
